Family and Kids holiday cottage

A beautiful renovated stone gite with all modern conveniences in the beautiful Charente Maritime.
On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, extractor fan, washing machine, fridge-freezer, table and chairs) opening onto a living room with 2 sofas, one of which converts into a bed, flat screen TV, DVD, Ipod base and a children's play area
On the first floor, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, wardrobe, the second with 2 twin beds + 1 baby bed, wardrobe) a bathroom (bath, washbasin and WC)

You will also have a free wifi connection and French and British television. If you are coming with young children this is the ideal holiday home: there really is everything you will need for toddlers and children (cot, night light, safety gates, changing mat, toilet seats, bath seats, high chair, cuffs, baby beach tent, folding paddling pool for the beach, etc.), including toys!

Outside you will find a private terrace with a garden not overlooked, a table, chairs and a barbecue. In the large park of the property (7000m2), toys and games for children and adults are available, football, table tennis, table football, boules, swings, bikes, slides, etc. Shaded areas, deckchairs, a beautiful secure swimming pool for children (not heated and to be shared with our 2 other gîtes: La Glycine, La Mirabelle ) and relaxation areas!
