4 bedroom, 2 bath renovated unique home located just steps to Roger Wheeler Beach. This beach house is just a five minute walk to a natural ocean beach with a private path leading to Sand Hill Cove Beach. The interior layout is ideal for individual privacy with bedrooms spread out throughout the house. Boasts two living rooms which is ideal for children and lots of space to spread out. Off one of the living rooms is a 2nd floor deck with ocean views. Hardwood floors throughout, recently renovated kitchen with brand new granite and cabinets. Large yard that begs for lawn games in this quiet neighborhood.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

Lovely stay at cottage with everything needed

House location is ideal on a quiet friendly street with the beach around the block and wonderful ocean breeze. Great arrangement of bedrooms for sleeping and house had everything we could need. Upper deck just a perfect spot.

Great location and lots of space

Lots of space, great water views from the upper deck, and plenty of outdoor space. Location is also amazing, we enjoyed being able to walk to the beach to spend the day as well as to catch beautiful sunsets at night. Would definitely recommend this property!!!
