Nice stay jn Cagnes-Sur-Mer

We stayed in the appartment for 12 days, we really enjoyed our stay, we could park our car behind the gate, so we know it would be safe. Everything was there the cook, even do some laundry (with a 2 year old, thats always helpfull) ,e had enough space in the appartment. Also very good communication with Sam, thank you for that!

Great property and host

Such a clean and beautifully decorated property. Hosts were very nice and extremely accommodating. If there were any concerns , Sam the host is willing to go above and beyond to make sure his tenants are taken care of. You are in good hands with this property and I definitely would recommend anyone stay here. This was indeed a great property and hosts were excellent.

A great location in Cagnes-sur-Mer

We had a very nice time in Cagnes-sur-Mer. The apartment is well-equipped and in a great location - a quiet side street but very close to the sea. We did a lot of cycling and appreciated being so close to the promenade cycle path and having the outside space to put our bikes. Sam's parents took care of the check-in and check-out, they were very friendly and everything went smoothly.

Sam was very quick replying to all our messages and very helpful, we found his property very easily, the parking space was really convenient and so was the little terrace. Descriptions of the property were accurate, the apartment was clean and tidy and everything worked well, air con, hot water, electric shutters were brilliant. We slept really and didnt experience any noise from traffic or neighbours. The neighbourhood is safe, theres a lot to see and do, we had a lovely short stay and would not hesitate to stay again or recommend.

Honestly this was property was great and Sam (&co) were amazing. The only problem is it was dirty. Mold on the shower. Dusty. And the sheets have my daughter a rash. This is an easy fix though. The location is great. And Sam was super communicative. The best part is the parking spot right next to the appt.

Die Zimmeraufteilung ist verändert worden und nicht mehr so, wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Sam ist freundlich und antwortet sehr schnell, ist selbst aber nicht anwesend, der Check-in Vorgang und die direkte Kommunikation erfolgt über die im Hause wohnenden Eltern. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern ausgestattet und sauber (die Terrassenmöbel waren nicht so gründlich gereinigt). Einige Dinge sind nicht selbst erklärend und wurden beim Check-in auch nicht erwähnt (welches WLAN muss ausgewählt werden, das Passwort ist aber bekannt; wie erfolgt die Schlüsselrückgabe). Das kann man leicht beheben, damit man nicht immer Sam kontaktieren muss (evtl. eine kleine Broschüre mit allen wichtigen Infos). Der Gefrierschrank wurde abgeschaltet. Dann hat uns Sam nach dem Check-in noch einmal extra darauf hingewiesen, dass das Laden unseres E-Autos verboten ist (wir hatten nicht vor, es dort zu laden und haben auch nicht danach gefragt) - so etwas kann man einfach in die Hausregeln aufnehmen.

Ruhige Wohnung

Nach kurzer Zeit haben wir uns eingewöhnt. Zu Fuss ist man sehr schnell in der Strandpromenade. Trotzdem ist die Lage erstaunlich ruhig, da das Mehrfamilienhaus am Ende einer Sackgasse liegt. Auch wenn mal ein Auto vorbeifährt, hört man es nicht, da die Wohnung sehr gut schallisoliert ist.
