At the Ferme des Prés Pommiers we offer for rent a new chalet in all-wood plank, natural tone of 45m² with terrace, contemporary style furniture, all comfort including 2 bedrooms 1 with a bed of 140, the other bedroom 2 beds of 90, 1 bathroom, with shower and toilet, washing machine, 1 integrated kitchen area with, dishwasher, oven, 1 gas hob 2 burners and living room with convertible bench for sleeping 2 people bedrooms (travel cot that we can lend you, as well as a booster seat to adapt on a chair).

The chalet is designed for 6 beds, bedding and pillows of French manufacture. In the living room a table with 6 chairs. Electric heating with heat transfer radiator. The chalet is on the property independent of the other buildings, no building in front, property of 15 hectares, farm with goat breeding and cheese production. The farm is located outside the village you would have the privilege of benefiting from a large space in the middle of nature natura 2000 area ensuring you tranquility and peacefulness.

The property is bordered by the river Couze Chambon river fishing of the 1st category, it is made up of meadows and pailhats (old vines) with stone walls. For the pleasure of young and old you can walk in the middle of the farm and discover the many works carried out on it:Milking of goats in the morning and evening, cheese making in the cheese factory located next to the goat farm and a few metres from the chalet, our house is not far away in case of need. The village of Neschers is an old fortified village crossed by the Couze Chambon with its three bridges, one of which at the entrance to the village with its two towers, is a fishing site along the river. Neschers has a city to play basketball, a bowling green, a cellar with organic wine from Auvergne. Neschers has 900 inhabitants, we are at an altitude of 400m with a temperate climate the territory of Neschers consists of a plateau of arable land with cereal crops and vineyards. Neschers is located between Besse, Clermont Ferrand and Issoire, close to the middle and high mountain territories as well as the villes.De many activities will be available to you according to your desires, hiking, mountain biking, swimming in lakes, (lake chambon), children's amusement park, local markets, festivals, heritage, visits to classified villages, castles, cellars, local products (cheeses, the saint nectaire, blue of Auvergne, the cantal...), paramotor area on 1 hectare in Champeix, possibility to take lessons, ascent of the puy de dome with its rack train, vulcania, archaeological sites and others. Sale at the farm of goat's cheese, goat's milk soaps.
