The house has five bedrooms and three bathrooms over the first and second floors, offering a variety of different sleeping arrangements. There is a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with gas fire and doors to the garden. The garden has a patio and lawn, along with furniture and some lovely countryside views. The Lillies is a great base for touring the Peaks, being within very easy reach of Matlock, Bakewell, Chatsworth House, great walking and cycling and spectacular scenery.
Amenities: Gas central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor and gas fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Shared off-road parking for 5 cars. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile. Set in the beautiful wooded gorge of the River Derwent and offering a host of attractions such as Riber Castle, Gullivers Kingdom and the Peak District Mining Museum, these two lovely towns also provide a range of shops, pubs and restaurants. The Heights of Abraham park offers a great day out for families and includes such exciting activities as show-caves, nature trails, water gardens and the Owl Maze, as well as magnificent views down the gorge during the cable car trip. The beginning of the High Peak Cycle Trail lies just to the south of the town whilst the National Tramway Museum at Crich is also worth a visit.
