Superb house located in the heart of the woods beach in Ré! Extremely well located in the immediate vicinity of the village center, cycle paths, and 10 minutes from the beach, with parking spaces, nestled in a quiet flowered alley.
We offer a wooded garden, with an 8 by 4 swimming pool secured by roller shutters, enclosed by walls, facing South out of sight to take your meals and relax in peace. You will enjoy a large living room, a kitchen area opening onto the terrace facing the pool. The kitchen also opens onto a pantry which allows you to access an interior courtyard. The living room is equipped with a large TV with box and netflix
The house offers 4 bedrooms:
-a bedroom located to the south is with a bed of 160, private bathroom with toilet -tv with Netflix
- a second bedroom located south with pool view and with two 80 beds, private bathroom with toilet
Garden with table, chairs, deckchairs, garden furniture, new plancha of the brand marquier
We accept our animal friends! (after agreement of the owner / no cat)
House can accommodate 8 / 9 beds since one of the two sofas is convertible
Heated swimming pool from May to September included if weather conditions allow

Charming Maison on the Ile de Re.

We arrived on the island and after some manoeuvring, we found the house, thanks to Cindy! The interior of the home sparkled! Newly decorated, it had all the items on our checklist - bedrooms for 4, adequate bathrooms, kitchen to suit our chef du jour and a large living/dining room area to relax at the end of the day. Everyone had their own private space, always important when living together on a road trip! Lovely home. Just a hint, when navigating, enter the L'Ocean Hotel as your guide point as there are a lot of one ways and tiny streets!

Very comfortable house with nice decor

The house was perfectly located near the centre of the town with its markets, and yet quiet and private. The two sets of bedrooms were separated by a living room, so our 3 teenage kids could be on one side and us on the other. We enjoyed using the pool and BBQ. Fortunately we could leave our rental car in the free car park very nearby as access to the property was down a very narrow lane. We paid the extra for the hosts to supply linen and towels. The nearest beach was 5 minutes cycle ride. We also discovered another beach Plage du Gros Jonc with a very pretty cycle path leading to it.

Recommend staying in this lovely property.

The house is open plan, very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. It’s in a perfect location – right in the centre, but down a quiet lane. The way into the property is quite narrow but there’s space to turn around so you can reverse into the drive. We didn’t use our car at all while we were there, because everything is so handy – good supermarket, cheese & wine shop, boulangeries, market etc all within walking distance. The pool has an electric cover which is easy to use, and an automatic robot cleaner which runs without you needing to do anything. It was very efficient and it’s the cleanest pool I’ve ever been in! Bed linen and towels cost extra so we took our own, therefore can’t comment on those, but there was soap and washing up liquid/tablets provided, which was convenient. We had a fantastic stay here and hope to come back. Thank you.

Very disappointing. Property was very dirty

Cindy did not answer my questions about the villa when I asked about directions. We had to pay for the bed linen and towels - Euros 360 and they were all very cheap quality. We were told that we couldn’t check in until 5.30 pm and that Cindy would meet us at the house. We had trouble finding it and I called her several times with no response. There are 4 parking spaces just outside and we managed to park in one but you could easily find nowhere to park. Luckily we just had two cars for 8 of us. There’s a larger car park a few minutes away but this too was full for the whole week. The house looks lovely but unfortunately it has not been cleaned properly for a very long time. There are louvred wardrobes in the bedrooms which are so dusty we all had to take antihistamines before bed. The wall adjacent to the bedside table was so dirty and dusty. I showed this to Cindy and she wasn’t bothered. Just said she’d tell her cleaners. That didn’t help us. Unfortunately my husband and I slept in the room adjacent to the hot tub and could smell urine very strongly. It was coming from the bed so we stripped it, turned it and washed all of the bedclothes. We could still smell urine. I mopped all the floors too. I finally discovered that the urine smell was in and on the bedside cupboard so we moved it to another area we weren’t using. There was a throw in our wardrobe that stank and one in our son’s wardrobe that stank of dog. The travel cot sheet was dirty.

Belle découverte de l’île de Rè

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d’une semaine en famille. Cindy, son mari et leur fils nous accueillis chaleureusement. La maison est très agréable, bien aménagée, bien équipée et bien située. La plancha extérieure, la piscine chauffée et le babyfoot ont été fortement appréciés. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps ;-)

Angenehme freundliche Gastgeber. Schönes großzügiges Haus, gut ausgestattet besonders die Küche. Schöner Pool. Sehr ruhige Lage. Matratzen könnten etwas besser sein und da die Gastgeberin Dekoration liebt, ist das Haus etwas überdekoriert, was den Gesamteindruck etwas schmälert. Trotzdem Dankeschön für eine schöne Woche.

Réunion familiale dans cette belle maison. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, la piscine chauffée vraiment très appréciable et un emplacement idéal pas très loin du marché couvert et à quelques minutes de la plage ! Nous avons tous appréciés, du petit de 2 ans aux plus agés de la famille !

Agréable maison où tout le monde a trouvé sa place. Les lieux sont agencés avec goût. Rien ne manque car elle est vraiment très bien équipée. De plus la localisation permet d'avoir accès à tout très facilement, tout en étant au calme et sans aucun vis-à-vis.

Belle maison décoré avec beaucoup d'attention. Nous y sommes restés 3 nuits pour le nouvel an, parfait pour 4 couples avec 4 chambres séparées et 3 SDB. A déplorer l'absence de poubelles sélectives, pas de containers ou déposer les ordures ménagères.

Beautiful villa in perfect location.

This property exceeded our expectations for our 10 night family holiday. The owners met us at the agreed time and were welcoming and extremely friendly. We were shown around the villa room by room and were given a handover / instruction package in English for all aspects of the property. The pool was immaculately clean and warm. The location is also perfect being a 2 minute walk from the village centre with its vibrant daily market. All in all superb and I cannot think of a single negative point. Thank you so much.

Séjour idyllique

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette magnifique villa. Décorée avec beaucoup de goût, la maison est très agréable ! Idéalement placée, au calme à quelques mètres des commerces et du marché, vous pouvez tout faire à pieds. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. C’est certain, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
