Garden (250m²) with lawn, south east-facing patio (28m²). Parking area beside the house. This gite in a cul-de-sac on a hill above Erquy is an ideal holiday home for enjoying the harbour town, famous for its scallops, and the numerous fine sandy beaches along the Côte de Penthièvre. Walk across the heathland to Cap d'Erquy to admire the magnificent sea views, discover Cap Fréhel (15km) and Fort la Latte (16km).

Gite très agréable, très propre et parfaitement équipé, avec un joli jardin et une terrasse très agréable. Parking facile devant la maison. Emplacement parfait dans un quartier calme tout en étant proche du centre ville et de la mer. Hôtes charmants.Je recommande vivement.
