We have equipped the outside terrace with new patio furniture and a quality Webber BBQ for guests convenience. This is a cottage with everything you could require and only a stones throw from the immaculate beach at Sea Palling. The house is very spacious and offers luxuriously appointed well equipped accommodation for up to 6 people.

Dormouse cottage is very centrally located a stones throw from the fabulous Blue Flag Sea Palling beach and close to Winterton , Wroxham , Horsey and the larger seaside resorts of Cromer and Great Yarmouth.
What makes this property unique
The beach is 500M away from the cottage , a local convenience store is 100M away and there are local eateries and a pub serving good food all within walking distance. A little further along the beach at Waxham is a large colony of grey seals, which makes a for lovely wildlife walk!
The house itself has DVD / BluRay and flat screen Sony TV as well as a quality music system and high speed wifi internet connection, as well as quality outdoor furniture and a BBQ , so altogether you could stay all week without the car and just chill! There is adequate parking for 2 cars.
Get in the car and major seaside towns are only 15 minutes away should the peace and quiet of sea palling be too much . There is everything from Casinos and horse racing as well as the Norfolk broads nature reserve, boating on the broads in Wroxham or Stalham and even Pier action at Cromer or Great Yarmouth. There is an array of local restaurants and pubs and even the shops in Norwich are all within 30 mlies.
