We had a great time staying at this property while visiting the Destin area. The beach access is very convenient from the property. The house is very clean. They provided many chairs, toys, and other beach equipment to use. We look forward to visiting again.

This property was everything we could’ve wanted and more. 2 minute walk to the private beach access, very comfortable, and had everything my kids needed to have fun at the beach so I didn’t have to worry about renting/vacation purchases. During our stay it rained quite a bit, but the enclosed grill patio made it easy to cook dinner and enjoy our space. If you’re considering a vacation with kids (mine were both under 3!) this is definitely the place to book.

The space was clean, wonderfully decorated, and spacious. I didn’t like the ac restrictions 70 degrees in July is much too hot. Our host promptly took care of it for us. The 3rd floor bedroom door did not have a lock nor did the bathroom door on the 3rd floor. It made it a little difficult with a crowd of 10. I don’t particularly like the porches they were too hot to enjoy. I could see them being great in the fall or winter but can’t be used in the summer. The first level floor is advertised as cooled by ac but wasn’t.

Great stay

This property was great for us staying close to the beach, i would have liked a seating place outdoors in the back yard, but the seating area on the front porch worked for us, the outdoor shower was a great addition for rinsing the sand off before coming inside

Great property!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was spacious, clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the heated pool, short walk to the beach and convenient location. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach

The property was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. The private beach was beautiful and we even seen dolphins. Wonderful stay and highly recommend!
