I loved this place. Spacious, deliciously cool during the 100 degree weather, and in the middle of Oltrarno. Trattorias in every direction, a market around the corner, and lovely sunsets viewed from Ponte alla Carraia. I've passed through Florence several times on earlier trips, and this summer I just wanted to live here for a few months and offer lodging to friends and family who would come - 19 came. The apartment is so roomy that new arrivals would get a bit confused about which room was where at first. I'm grateful the host allowed the visits - Chiara was wonderful. The lift IS tiny and we just took turns when necessary - much laughter as we sometimes sqeeezed ourselves in. The train station is convenient as are all the attractions in the city center. This place has good vibes. Should I return to Firenze, I would stay nowhere else but here.

The location was perfect. The apartment was absolutely immaculate. The host Gianni was so good if we needed anything we just texted him and immediately got an answer. I can’t say enough how nice everything was and the convenience of a grocery store and restaurants right there. It was terrific.

We had an outstanding stay in Florence and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Nelani was one of the best VRBO hosts we’ve ever had—responsive, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay.The apartment itself was excellent. It was very spacious, impeccably maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore Florence’s major attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot.We experienced absolutely no issues during our stay and would gladly return. We highly recommend both the apartment and Nelani as a host to anyone visiting Florence.

This location just over the Arno River was perfect for our adult family of five. It was a quiet space, but so convenient to everything in Florence city center. There’s a grocery store, restaurants, and gelato just around the corner. Having two bathrooms and separate rooms for everyone was ideal. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Florence Apartment

The location is fantastic, close enough to walk to everything and still on a quiet street. The host met us upon arrival and explained the apartment thoroughly, and there was also a guide book in English to things like appliances and water.Overall, just a great visit and our family enjoyed being able to stay here.

Our stay here was wonderful...perfect location to walk to everything, yet in a nice neighborhood with a local feel. Very spacious for five adults, with areas to gather together or be private if we wanted. Would recommend highly!
