Belle location dans un domaine privé. Emplacement privilégié.

Vous occuperez le premier et second étage d'une belle maison dans un domaine sécurisé par digicode. Le rdc est habité par les propriétaires, vraiment très discrets (nous les avons croisé 2 fois pendant notre semaine, toujours charmants et non intrusifs). Maison très bien située à 10-15 minutes à pieds des plages (env 500m de la petite mais très belle plage des cigales). Une belle piscine avec une eau impeccable, transat et douche extérieure. La situation permet de rayonner aux alentours (centre ville de sainte-maxime et ses commerces, St Tropez, St Raphaël, port grimaud etc.). Très belle région avec beaucoup d'activités. 1 chambre au 1er et 2 chambres au 2nd étage dont une avec douche les 3 chambres sont assez grandes. Une terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et la verdure du domaine permet de prendre ses repas avec un beau panorama et une belle lumière. Une grande table et un salon de jardin sont disponibles sur la terrasse. La climatisation fonctionne également parfaitement dans les chambres comme dans la pièce de vie pour des nuits reposantes. Possibilité de stationner une voiture dans l'allée. Electroménager est suffisant pour une location saisonnière sans pb (four, micro-ondes, frigo-congélateur, nespresso, grille pain, plaques à gaz, lave linge, lave vaisselle, bbq à gaz). Très beau rapport qualité prix, toute la famille a passé un bon moment.
