Fantastic house for a family holiday

We had a fantastic 2 week holiday at the house in the Les Grenettes. It was much larger than I expected from the photos, well furnished, very comfortable, well equipped. The garden and pool area was a specific highlight. The pool was wonderful, it was lovely to enjoy the heated pool on the cooler days but we also found it refreshing on the warmer days. The location was nice, we enjoyed walking to the beach and found it well suited to drive to other parts of Il de Re. It would perhaps be nice to have a boulangerie within walking distance, but all in all we found the location to be good. The service from the agency was good. Alicia came round to see us very quickly when a circuit breaker tripped. Overall we had a wonderful holiday at the house that we will remember fondly for many years to come.

PREMIER SEJOUR EN RE

Superbe maison à laquelle il manque malgré tout une salle de bains dès l'instant où vous êtes nombreux. Propreté irréprochable sauf au coin plancha avec les fientes d'oiseau-nous ne nous en sommes pas servis car c'est dégoutant. Très bien équipée.. Manque 1 ou 2 parasols avec le soleil tournant. Très belle piscine constamment à 28, propre. Avons aussi bien appréciée la douche de piscine très chaude. Linge à discrétion. Par contre mauvais contact avec l'agence qui ne connait manifestement pas la maison et summum du ridicule un cadeau de bienvenue avec 1 rouleau de papier hygiènique + 1 lingette nettoyante. Du dernier mauvais gout. Possible qu'on y reviennes. Pourvu qu'elle soi climatisée d'ici là.

La maison est superbe, très bien équipée Notre 2ème séjour. Tout est dit ;) Nous y aimons son calme. A velo tout est facilement acessible. Seul bémol, la météo n'étant pas géniale cette année.La piscine était bien fraiche.

A la hauteur de nos espérances - Parfait

Super séjour en famille. Endroit calme propice aux ballades le long de la mer. La maison est très bien conçue. Tout était parfait. Espace, confort, qualité des matériaux. L'accueil via l'agence parfait. Disponible, réactif je vous les recommande pour des vacances en toute sérénité. Merci d'offrir des biens de qualité répondant aux attentes. Les photos ne mentent pas c'est la réalité. N'hésitez pas à venir profiter de ce paradis.

Jolie maison sur l’île de Ré

Emplacement très bien. L’extérieur de la maison est très bien conçu et la piscine très agréable. L’intérieur reste frais malgré la canicule et est bien agencé, hormis les chambres qui sont très petites. La déco est très très impersonnelle, ce qui est dommage. L’agence n’est en revanche pas au niveau en termes de communication, tout se faisant à distance et avec aucune interaction (pas de livret d’accueil notamment). Point noir : la plancha ne marchait pas.

Agréable maison mais piscine froide

La maison en elle même est très agréable. Néanmoins la description est mensongère car la piscine n'était pas chauffée à 28 degrés ( 23 degrés a notre arrivée) or notre choix s'était porté sur cette villa pour la piscine chauffée. L'agence n'a jamais répondu à nos sollicitations. Nous déconseillons ce logement tant qu'il sera géré par l'agence AGIM RE agence.
