About this property

Located near Eely Point

A fabulous family home with modern kitchen and bathrooms, internet, heat pump and insulation to keep it warm and cosy.

Three spacious bedrooms (including one with ensuite). The beds are new and comfortable so expect to get a great night sleep. The 7th bed is a pull out trundler suitable for a child which fits in the twin room.

Fully fenced section set in a beautiful garden with a fantastic deck to enjoy all day sun (large gas BBQ and outdoor furniture).

Plenty of off street parking for cars and boats.

Five minute walk to lake and 20 minutes to walk into town.

Sticky Forest mountain bike park is just around the corner, as are many other walking and biking tracks.

Linen incudes sheets/pillow cases, bath mats, towels, face cloths and hand towels.

Special conditions:
Pets can be bought onto the property provided they do not come inside the house. There is a dog kennel on the property for use at night or when guests are away from the house. Please notify me when you are making the booking if you intend to bring a dog.

The cleaning fee is non negotiable

We really enjoyed our stay at Kate's place. Lovely furnishings, great convenient location (close to the lake and town centre), outdoor deck was awesome, with great views to Roy's Peak (which we were able to climb). Highly recommended!

Beautiful and comfortable home

I stayed in this lovely home with my family while in town for my sons wedding. This house was exactly as described and like the photos suggest. It wasnt a show piece, but a warm and inviting home. It was fully have wanted or needed. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Awesome experience

One cannot "summarize" an incredible experience. Let's just say if Wanaka is in my sights again, this will be my first option. Wanaka is an amazing city to explore, and the house was everything advertised.

Everything was great. Ran out of TP. Maybe leave more for 4 adults during a multi-day stay. Also the washer and dryer cycles are lengthy, perhaps due to the age of the machines. Overall a very nice property and we enjoyed our time there.

Very cosy & warm once we got the heatpump sorted as filters,needed cleaned. There was a couple of lights not working the lamp in lounge and light on rangehood.Also maybe a few more towels and more toilet paper, for next time.Overall lovely place great location thanks.

Great location. Close to town and Cardrona ski field. Plenty of heating to keep house warm. Well furnished kitchen. Could have done with a little more loo paper and kitchen tidy bags. Unfortunately COVID cut our holiday short.

The property was airy and bright and most importantly, clean.

The property was airy and bright and most importantly, clean. We had a very comfortable stay. The garden area was perfect for stargazing on a clear night which we were lucky to have experienced. Location is perfect, slightly away from the business of the town centre but just a 5min drive whenever we missed out anything from the supermarket. Would love to be back soon.
