With so many attractions at your fingertips in Wanaka - Skiing, Jet Boating, Beautiful Lake Walking and Bike Tracks, Puzzle World, Wanaka Toy and Transport Museum, Pony Treks - you decide whether you want to enjoy these attractions or just spend time soaking up the views and relaxing in the large living areas. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. And it's easy to find a sunny nook to curl up with a good book or play a game of pool downstairs in the games room.

A perfect location in Wanaka. We could walk to all the great shopping, lake front, and restaurants very quickly. Had a very nice view of the lake, especially from the wrap-around deck. Was a lovely place to start and end the day.

The view and location were exceptional. Obviously the decor is quite dated but we were aware of that. A very practical house for a crowd. Well configured. Possibly would be enhanced by some bodywash and shampoo in the showers for those who travel without it. And possibly tissues in the bedrooms? Minor things. My only other comment would be that the kitchen would benefit from having cull of older, mismatched kitchenware/utensils but I also understand that it is the owner's home away from home. Overall - fabulous!
