Summary:
Tiri Heights is a light filled, elevated retreat above Oneroa, offering wide sea views and a calm, relaxed holiday setting. Quiet and private, yet within easy walking distance of the village and Oneroa Beach, it suits couples or friends wanting a comfortable base close to the heart of the island.
The Space:
Tiri Heights is arranged around sunlight, sea views, and easy indoor outdoor living. The open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area feels bright and welcoming, with wide doors opening to a generous deck overlooking the bay. This is a home designed for slow mornings outside, long lunches on the deck, and quiet evenings watching the light shift across the water.
Inside, the living space is comfortably furnished with soft coastal tones that reflect the outlook beyond the windows. The kitchen is modern and well equipped for simple holiday meals or shared dinners, and the dining area is positioned to keep the sea view front and centre.
Both bedrooms are quietly set and designed for rest, each offering a queen bed and a calm, uncluttered feel. The bathroom is modern and practical, with good space for returning from the beach or a day exploring the island.
While the home feels private and elevated, Oneroa village, the beach, and nearby dining are all within easy reach, creating a balanced base for a relaxed Waiheke stay.
