The property was nice and clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beds were uncomfortable. Mattresses hard and sank to the middle. Thermostat was not working when we got there and the heater kicked in heating the house to 81 degrees. Called and left property contact a message we never heard back from him. Other than that the it was a nice experience. Close to campus and everything campus life you would like.

Lovely, private spot in great location

My colleague and I had a great stay at this sunny, lovely house. The location was great, the host was responsive, and the house was well appointed. There's a big backyard with a deck and a nice front porch--both great spots to rest, write, work, and hang out. Would definitely stay again!

I loved my visit. I came to town to visit my son in law school at Tech. Perfect location. Nice neighborhood. Quiet with trees. Plenty of parking with driveway huge plus . Not all near by VRBO have a driveway so only street parking is available. The grill was also an added bonus. Beds are comfortable. More than two people I would bring chairs for the deck. It is big enough but only two chairs. The inside was clean and nicely done. Kitchen had most everything needed. Game drawer even in the kitchen all kinds of games.

Great location in Tech Terrace

This property is very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in this premium location which is about 4 minute drive to Texas Tech. The street was quiet and relaxing. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

Nice location with plenty of amenities

Home was in a great neighborhood and close to TTU, restaurants and anything you would need. House was nicely decorated and well stocked. Only negative was the cleaning service forgot to empty the washer and dryer with the old linens and the half bathroom wasn't completely cleaned, but the place wasn't dirty. Apart from that the home was clean and well organized. Plenty of supplies if needed along with coffee and creamer. Communication was prompt and check-in was smooth. I would stay here again.
