Designed to highlight its stunning locale, the green yard rolls straight down to the water's edge with a boat ramp—perfect for docking a small boat or setting off on an adventure with the provided kayaks.

Spread across two levels with central heating and cooling, the open-plan living and dining area on the upper floor spills onto a balcony where you can savour your morning coffee or unwind with an afternoon wine, watching the sky change hue overhead. The full kitchen makes it easy to whip up a feast, and the large dining table is just waiting for lively, shared meals. With two cosy lounge areas—one upstairs and one downstairs—you’ll have the perfect spots to curl up with a good book or host unforgettable movie nights.

The house offers four well-appointed bedrooms and wardrobe space for your belongings. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a full private ensuite, while a charming twin bedroom and convenient powder room complete the level. Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a comfy double bed with direct outdoor access, and another with a fun bunk bed setup that’s perfect for the kids. Need extra space for the little ones? A travel cot and highchair are available upon request. The main bathroom offers the choice of a relaxing soak in the tub or a quick shower, and the dedicated laundry room offers a washer and dryer combination, making longer stays a breeze.

Parking is available for two cars on the driveway.

Close to the town of Goolwa, Hindmarsh Island is an inland river island with fresh water on one side and salt water on the other. It offers fantastic opportunities for aquatic adventure, be it birdwatching, fishing or sailing. Canoe into Coorong National Park, keeping your eyes peeled for the local wildlife. Check out the Hindmarsh Island Bridge and the photogenic views over the Murray Mouth. While visiting the Fleurier Peninsula, don’t miss notable highlights like riding the iconic horse-dram tram to Granite Island, hitting the surf at Middleton Beach or sipping your way through the McLaren Vale wine region on your way down from Adelaide.
