This condo is in a safe area, close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants.
We are located 1 block from the Mega supermarket and an 8 minute walk to the beach.
1 block to restaurants & cafes. 5th ave. is just a 5 minute walk away.
Our unit features a Private patio with a private thermos tub. A terrace overlooking the pool & garden court yard. The terrace has a large table with chairs & a BBQ Grill,
Living room & dining area. Smart t.v., Free wifi, Private washing machine.
Fully equipped kitchen.
2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an adjacent bathroom
the second bedroom has a queen size bed with an adjacent bathroom
plenty of closet space, dresser. and one safety deposit box.
