Ocean Sands is a beachfront house steps away from family friendly Pea Soup Beach and a short walk to South Beach, parks and town. This two-story home is designed to make the most of its elevated position boasting one of a kind 270-degree panoramic views of the ocean and Port Fairy.

Create special memories, sitting by the fireplace, watching the waves roll in, or unwind on the deck. Ocean Sands has been carefully created with families and groups in mind.

~ The Space ~
Our beautifully furnished home is perfectly suited for multiple families or a large group as it offers ample space for all to enjoy.

~ Second level ~
Featuring a spacious open plan entertainers kitchen, large living and dining area. The kitchen features a walk-in pantry, SMEG dual ovens, induction cooktop, fridge with filtered water and ice machine, dishwasher, three-meter marble island bench and more. Opening out to a large wrap around deck with dining table, kids table and four-meter timber servery with bar stools straight off the kitchen. The lounge has a feature gas log fire and panoramic views of the Southern Ocean.

The large master bedroom features a king size bed, smart TV and walk in robe. There is also a smaller room with a daybed and slide out floor trundle both with single mattresses. A shared bathroom services the second level with walk in shower, toilet and large vanity with plenty of storage.

~Ground level ~
The second living room on the ground level offers a fantastic retreat with views of the ocean. It opens to the beautifully landscaped ocean facing front courtyard sheltered from the weather with seating, perfect for gathering for lunch on beach days. The beach is perfect for swimming, snorkelling, surfing, fishing, exploring rockpools and a range of other beach activities. Beach goers can enjoy a post swim hot outdoor shower.

There are two queen bedrooms and one double with single bunk above and slide out floor trundle. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, LG heat pump dryer and separate outside covered in courtyard with clothesline. The ground level is serviced by a shared bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet and features a deep Japanese style bath for soaking.

~ Family friendly ~
A porta cot, high-chair and baby bath insert is available on request. The house has been set up with families in mind and you’ll find toys, games and more for your little ones. There is a fully enclosed front and rear yard area with gates and baby gate on the top of the main stairs.

~ Games room ~
Our downstairs large double garage has been converted into a fun games room for the whole family. In there you will find a table tennis table, comfy couch, mini trampoline and games. It's a great space for wet weather days or for the older kids to have their own space.

~ Linen ~
All linen and bath towels are supplied. Comfortable beds with quality bedding throughout.

~ Accessibility and lift ~
The house is two main levels with a staircase and four persons lift to access the second level. This is helpful for suitcases, groceries and people unable to climb the stairs. Please be aware that the there is also a small set of stairs (6) at the entrance to two bedrooms not accessible by the lift.

~Parking ~
Parking is available onsite for two vehicles in a covered carport with garage door. A further two vehicles can be parked in the driveways off the street.

~ WIFI and TV’s ~
Unlimited free WIFI and smart TV’s are located in the two living areas and three bedrooms.

~ The ocean is calling ~

~ Guest access~
Guests will have access to the whole house, front courtyard and back yard. There is a double length carport for guests cars. Guests do not have access to one locked garage.
