Beautifully renovated townhouse across the road from Jimmys Beach.
Upstairs has 3 generous bedrooms both queen bedrooms have ceiling fans and they are all tastefully furnished.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds in it .
The main bathroom is also upstairs.
Downstairs there is a lovely new kitchen, timber dining setting and new lounge with a new TV. There is a second shower and toilet off the laundry.
There is a second lounge and TV in the garage area. Large outdoor setting and barbecue in the outside courtyard.
Jimmys Beach is only a 100 metre walk away and you will have your toes in the beautiful white sand and clear water .
6 minute walk to Bennetts Beach.
Undercover Parking space for 1 car plenty of street parking .
There`s Outdoor power for EV charging.
Sleeps 6 - 2 queens and 2 singles.
