Upon entering the condo thoughtfully planned finishes will be sure to impress.
This lovely unit sleeps six and has all the comforts of home…..right here at the beach. And you’re going to love the location. You can walk to nearby restaurants, shops and area attractions are just minutes away by car. Plus, if shopping is on your vacation agenda, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet and countless other shopping opportunities are nearby. All you need is beach towels and sunscreen! This condo is dog friendly. You must pay a pet fee (please inquire about cost before booking) and provide up to date shot records.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing extra vehicles, a trailer or RV.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
