Enjoy stunning lake views while relaxing on the deck at this fantastic lakeside bach. Located on the Golden Mile, you're just a hop, skip and jump across the road from the lake for swimming, skiing, fishing, and all the water activities the area is famous for.

The master bedroom features a king bed and a door opening directly onto the deck, allowing you to wake up to beautiful lake views. The second bedroom has a queen bed, also with lake views. The third bedroom is perfect for families, with a double bed, plus a bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top).

The spacious kitchen offers plenty of bench space and is fully equipped with everything you need, including a blender for smoothies, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hobs, microwave, air fryer, toastie maker, and more. An additional fridge/freezer is available and can be switched on if extra storage space is needed.

There is plenty of parking, including room for boats, extra vehicles, and even tents. The deck is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and a table, making it the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the lake views.

For entertainment and comfort, you'll find games, a BBQ, TV, and heat pump. Great fishing is right on your doorstep, and the popular Soda Pools are just around the corner.

The location is ideal for exploring the region:
• 35 minutes to Whakatāne
• 35 minutes to Rotorua, with its mountain biking trails, scenic walks, and tourist attractions
• 20 minutes to the Onepu Mountain Bike Tracks
• Local shop, liquor store, and petrol station just 5 minutes away

Where possible, earlier check-in and later check-out may be available if there are no guests arriving or departing on the same day.
