One of the joys having been a host for many years is the love of meeting new people and offering a true Homestay experience. My home reflects my travels and despite being raised in Victoria and living in London and Venice; Adelaide is where I have chosen to live for its climate, lifestyle (fantastic food and wineries). It’s known as the 20 minute city (20 minutes to the beach or 20 minutes to the hills).
Kent Town is ideally located between the CBD and cosmopolitan Parade full of shops and restaurants. Everything is at your finger tips yet you are away from the noises of the city and can relax in your own home with off street parking and recoup in your own private night lit courtyard.
My property is unique because am offering my home whilst I spend time overseas each year to spend time with my Italian partner. It is a home that has been meticulously renovated to the highest of standards with marble bench tops and European appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped for any budding chef and I leave my condiments and spices for guest use.
As many people are now working from home, having a separate office fully equipped with high speed wifi, printer and stationary makes work a breeze.
Guests only need to bring their personal belongings and I even provide robes for both bedrooms. Further, if you fancy a trip to the beach have beach towels and picnic basket for your use.

Why they chose this property
Having lived in Victoria, London, Rome and Venice and traveled extensively, Adelaide (and in particular Kent Town) is my favourite. It’s ideal location within walking distance to the CBD across the parklands and a 5 minute stroll to the restaurant/fashion strip on The Parade Norwood; Kent Town offers that cosmopolitan lifestyle with everything at your finger tips. There is an array of coffee shops, schools, public transport literally in every direction. Kent Town is becoming known for its street art and colourful laneways.
What makes this property unique
What sets my property out from many others is that I am offering a true Homestay experience. As I spend my time between Italy with my partner and Australia, I literally leave everything in my home for your use. The kitchen is a fully equipped cooks kitchen and you only need to replace condiments once emptied. You have a fully functioning office so only need to bring your laptop.
