Villa River Dream is a gorgeous 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms riverfront home in Cape Coral. It has everything you need for an amazing vacation. The villa is right on the river and the lanai has perfect south exposure where you can enjoy both the sun and the beautiful view ALL day. You're only 20 minutes away from enjoying some of the world's most beautiful beaches like Ft Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva.

The main villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and you also have access to a Mother in law suite with a small kitchen and separate bathroom, perfect for a larger group vacation. The house was recently renovated and the main living area is very spacious, combining the kitchen and living room leading out to the gorgeous lanai area overlooking the river.

You will have access to the dock, where you can keep a rental boat for easy access to the beaches and wildlife.

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the well stocked home, the cleanliness of the facility, and the convenience of location. Everything was as explained and we really enjoyed a week in this home. It was so comfortable to be in and the pool was just fantastic!

Peaceful home away from home

Overall a wonderful experience and very comfortable. We really enjoyed it and would return.Pool&lanai were awesome. Kitchen had a good variety of cookware. Beds were very good. Owner has set the house up well and we really appreciated it.Listing said its a 4 bedroom/3 bath but its only 3 bedroom/2 bath. Kitchen trash bags were not provided and it would have been helpful to know up front. Check in instructions were good but were missing how to lock the house when going out. Management company took 2 hours to respond on how to lock the door, so that delayed our plans.Overall, a very positive experience!
