Cosy cottage on the edge on town within walking distance to the centre of town.
The cottage is in the Gulgong Showground which is on the edge of town surrounded by open paddocks. Early morning and late afternoon the kangaroos are out grazing. It's only a short walk into town, about 1 kilometre. Gulgong has one of the best museum in the country and well worth spending the day looking around. Short drive to our many local wineries. Lovely cafes and hotels to choose from to have a relaxing lunch or dinner.
The cottage is self contained with the usual basic kitchen needs. All linen is supplied, the BBQ area overlooks the grounds.

Overall, a positive experience. We found the cottage as advertised. Great communication with Linda. The map of the showground was very helpful. I note new, good quality appliances, utensils and bed linen. Great value for money.
