Embracing the tiny-house philosophy where less is more, Tin Shed is a compact yet cosy studio guest suite located on our property in Capel, Western Australia.

Set in a quiet corner of town and just a few minutes walk to the main street, Tin Shed has been designed to provide a single or couple the perfect spot to set out from and explore everything the South West of WA has to offer.

The space
Tin Shed Capel is a private stand-alone dwelling. It is one open space which includes a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, kitchenette and sitting area leading out to a large patio with a BBQ, lounge and dining spot.
The suite is equipped with air-conditioning, wifi and smart TV for your comfort and convenience.

Guest access
Set back from a quiet street, the entire space is yours with private access and off-street parking.

Location
The little country town of Capel is situated about half way between Bunbury and Busselton.
Tin Shed is located in a quiet corner of town with convenient access to amenities. At the end of the road is a picturesque walkway bridge over the Capel River allowing a pleasant loop walk around the town.

Getting around
The main street of Capel is a 5 minute walk up the road. Here you will find the local pharmacy, supermarket, bottle shop, cafes, bakery, takeaways, the pub and other conveniences.
If you need more, Bunbury is just 25 minutes up the highway and Busselton just 20 minutes the other way.
And if you're looking for one of the best beaches around, Peppy Beach is less than 10 minutes drive to the west of Capel.
We are less than an hour's drive to the Margaret River Wine Region to the south, and just 30 minutes drive to Ferguson Valley to the north.
