Unwind in the generous living room, complete with a snug sofa and a Smart TV for relaxing evenings after your Hobart adventures. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, with a breakfast bar ideal for enjoying meals together. However, with a tempting array of restaurants just a short stroll away, you might find yourself dining out every night!

There's a fully equipped laundry and a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. At the rear of the house, a large office space awaits – perfect for remote work or university studies.

There are a few board games and books for children, ideal when travelling with the family. Kick the ball around outside in the large sunny back yard!

Step outside and soak up the sunshine in the huge garden. An outdoor table and chairs invite you to indulge in alfresco dining, perfect for the dry Hobart weather (you may need to snug up in the winter though!).

Due to the property being contactless self check-in, the booking guest is required to complete an online registration, which will include uploading a copy of their government issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport). For a breath of fresh air, 'Short Beach' is another easy 10-minute walk from Sandy Bay central. This charming beach features a large, gated play area for families and free BBQ facilities for a relaxed afternoon.

Take a wander through the beautiful and historic suburb of Battery Point, easily accessible on foot. Enjoy its enchanting streets, browse unique eateries and jewellery shops, and soak in the stunning Derwent River views from its charming pubs like the Shipwrights.
