Your hosts are Julie and Jason, a married couple who live locally, and their right hand woman Emma. On any given day, you’ll find Julie in the office, managing administration and overseeing that guests have a memorable trip. Jason is the photographer and maintenance hero. Their operations manager, Emma, corresponds with guests and organises the housekeeping teams.

For a breath of fresh air, 'Short Beach' is another easy 10-minute walk from Sandy Bay central. This charming beach features a large, gated play area for families and free BBQ facilities for a relaxed afternoon.
Take a wander through the beautiful and historic suburb of Battery Point, easily accessible on foot. Enjoy its enchanting streets, browse unique eateries and jewellery shops, and soak in the stunning Derwent River views from its charming pubs like the Shipwrights.
