About this property
Self-contained city studio in central Dunedin
Private and quiet self-contained studio in a historic home in the city centre. Tastefully decorated and with everything you need to enjoy a stay in beautiful Dunedin. One block from Princes St, and only a 10 minute walk to the Octagon. Close to supermarket, cafes and restaurants.
The studio has a fully self contained kitchen, with large fridge/freezer, oven and range.
43" smart TV for relaxing in the evenings.
The queen bed is super comfy and warm under the heat pump, and hotties are available if required for those chilly winter nights. More blankets and pillows are also available.
The laundry has a washing basket, washing machine, iron, ironing board, heated towel rail and airing rack.
The studio has private entrance which is on the ground floor at the rear of the property.
10 mins walk to the Octagon. A number of good restaurants & cafes just a couple minutes away in Princes St and Vogel St. The supermarket is a 1km walk. Dunedin attractions are reasonably close by, including Toitu (Early Settlers Museum) and the Chinese Gardens. Speights brewery, Steamer Basin brewery, and No8 distillery are also in easy reach.

Lovely little apartment, very warm and cosy, quiet and private. Excellent location just above the city centre, a short walk to great restaurants and shops etc. handy to motorways also. Comes highly recommended!
