Our calming space is located in the popular suburb of Roslyn, featuring 2 bedrooms, small living/dining area, bathroom, and kitchenette. The kitchenette is well equipped for it's size, and contains an air fryer oven, plug-in induction range, microwave, toaster and kettle.
As this is downstairs from another apartment (with separate entries), there is some potential for noise. Noise insulation between the two spaces is reasonable, and upstairs guests are are asked to adhere to quiet hours.

Situated in well sought after suburb of Roslyn, our accommodation is a walkable distance to the Roslyn hub where there is a supermarket and multiple shops and eateries. Reasonably handy also to Moana Pool.

You'll have access to the entire space. A locked internal door ensures privacy from the unit above. There are about 20 steps from the garage area to the entry of this unit. Once inside, there is one step up to access the area where the bathroom is.
From the garage, walk down the stairs to the rear of the property to find the entry of this home.
Walk through the entry/laundry area into the open plan kitchenette and living space which has two bedroom coming directly off it. The bathroom is located up a step off this room also.
A heat pump in the living area heats this space, which acts as air conditioning in the warmer months.
