Welcome to Zig Zag Retreat, a private luxury escape set on 1.5 acres of natural bushland and expansive lawns in the heart of the Perth Hills. Perched high in Gooseberry Hill, the property offers sweeping panoramic views over the iconic Zig Zag Scenic Drive and the coastal plain, while being just minutes from the wineries, restaurants, orchards, and walking trails of the Bickley Valley.

Perfect for families, friends, wedding preparations, proposals, and special getaways, the home features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, including four queen bedrooms and a master suite with a super king bed that can also be configured as two king single beds. The retreat also includes two bathrooms, each with a shower and bathtub, a separate living room and TV room, a gourmet kitchen, pizza oven, infinity pool, and expansive alfresco entertaining areas.

Set on approximately 6,000 square metres of mostly natural bushland, Zig Zag Retreat offers a rare sense of privacy and tranquillity. We fell in love with this hilltop property for its peaceful setting, beautiful views and the sense of escape it offers, while still being close to Perth. We enjoy helping guests create special memories, whether it is a family getaway, a celebration with friends or simply a chance to relax and unwind.

When we are not hosting, we enjoy exploring the Perth Hills, spending time outdoors with our dog Bonnie, travelling and continually improving the retreat to make every stay even more enjoyable.
