Lovely property on the Severn River. Immaculately clean, everything you could need in the kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The highlight of the wee was the deck overlooking the river. We spent the entire time we were there on the deck. The space was private and quiet. Plus we were entertained by some of the boats that came through the canal. It was as accessible as advertised so the 90 yr old with us had no trouble getting around and enjoying himself. He loved the barrier free bathroom. Washago is a very quick trip (8km) away for any shopping needs.

The perfect Muskoka getaway! The luxury cottage was clean and the gourmet kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. The expansive deck and outdoor furniture were so comfortable with lots of seating for morning coffee, lounging with a book and family meals. The water view was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the boats travel the Trent -Severn waterway. The gentle sloping yard, fire pit and large docks we designed for the best of outdoor living. We enjoyed the kayaks and floating island and swimming off the dock. The location was close to the locks, a great little restaurant and grocery stores. This accessible vacation home has been lovingly designed with ramps, wide doorways and extra large shower room.Highly recommend!

Coming from a developmental services background, it is so hard to find a place to stay that is FULLY accessible for our clients to enjoy some R&R without any barriers. This place is all that and more. Large deck accessible with ramp, accessible docks, accessible shower, wide hallways, easy reach counters, portable hoyer on site, a sling if needed, care supplies if needed… it felt as if we picked up the group home and moved it to the Severn for the week. We cannot say enough positive notes about this home. Thank you :)
