Welcome to our coastal holiday home in the Yatching village of Two Rocks. Just a 2 minute stroll to the beach, shops, cafes, local tavern and all conveniences. Perfect for families and friends, with plenty of space and modern comforts. Separate driveway with room for your car & boat. Pet friendly (please include pets on your booking) fully enclosed garden with dog bed and water/food bowls provided. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. Separate laundry with washing machine, iron & ironing board, with access to back garden & washing line. Open plan living with TV, books and games. Dining area with seating for six. 2 Bathrooms with shower, wash basin and toilet, all towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash provided. Master bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe and sofa plus en-suite bathroom. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have king single beds with wardrobes. Reverse Cycle Air Con in Living area, ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Self check in/check out, keys in lockbox. Welcome pack on arrival so no rushing to the shops.

Please note there is NO WIFI at the property.

Watch the kangaroos & koalas at Yanchep National Park whilst having lunch or a beer. Take a trip to Lavender Estate to sample the lavender scones or ice cream and take a tour of the distillery. Go 4 wheel driving in Wilbinga. Have an evening meal overlooking the Marina at Chapters Boathouse (15% off your bill, just show your Stayz reservation to the staff)
Local bus service will take you to the train station and you can be in Perth City in 45 mins to explore the many attractions it has to offer.

The place was in great condition, clean and like new. The owners left lots of treats and we had easy communications.It’s great for family and bring the dog along options, plus a very short walk to the beach.Really enjoyable!

We had a wonderful family holiday at Deb’s beach retreat in Two Rocks. We were so impressed with the welcome pack on our arrival, which included bubbles in the fridge and plenty of food supplies for the first night to save us a trip to get groceries! The house is newly built, super clean and stylish, and has a secure good size back yard for your dog to chill out in. It also catered well for children with some fun board games and a few toys to play with. We found it so well equipped with everything we needed for our stay to be comfortable! We loved the easy access to the local beach where there was a calm spot for our kids to safely swim. Thank you to Deb for her warm hospitality, we’ll be back one day!

On arrival we drove through the open gates to a fenced off area to unload the vehicle. We closed the gates and our dogs got out of the car in perfect safety. A definite plus for dog owners with excited pets.The home was well set up and it was cool inside. The aircon was running and everything was ready for us to start our 4 day stay. There was wine and an antipasto ready for us to snack on which was greatly appreciated after 9 hours in the car. The home was well stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay and the place smelled amazing.The home is well appointed with everything you need for a holiday break. The yard for the dogs was clean with water bowls and treats ready to go. It is completely fenced so Macchiatio, Benito and Henri were safe. They loved the toys that the owners left for us and the squeaky toy was their favourite (not ours though :-).The beach is a 5 minute walk and we ventured there every day. The dog beach is an extra 5 minutes walk and worth it so that the dogs can run off lead.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thank the owners for their attention to detail and the little extras that made our stay extra special. As I have run accommodation myself in the Yarra Valley, I understand the importance of making a great first impression. My partner and I loved the location and the property.Thank you for making our stay in Two Rocks memorable from all of us, especially the two Labrador’s Macchiato and Benito & the Cavoodle, Henri.

We stayed for 9 weeks! We’re travelling Australia and needed somewhere for my parents to visit us from England, and somewhere that was dog friendly. How lucky were we to find The Boat Shed? What a beautiful house, so peaceful and comfortable, with everything we needed. And a great beach at the end of the street. Deb & Simon were fantastic hosts, they both went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The welcome items in the kitchen were a lovely surprise, as were the doggy treats. We had a couple of maintenance issues during our stay (nothing major) but they were sorted within a couple of hours. We would highly recommend The BoatShed, and Deb & Simon. It was genuinely a real joy to stay there. We’ll definitely be coming back to Two Rocks what a great little seaside spot.

Originally from the south of England. When myself and my partner arrived in WA in 2009 we instantly fell in love with the laid back vibe and welcoming community of Two Rocks. We love it so much we decided to renovate our boatshed and turn it into a holiday home so others could enjoy the area too!

We are also huge dog lovers and have always had Rescue dogs, currently we have a mastiff x boxer girl called Shadow.

We provide a welcome pack & a bottle of wine for our guests on arrival.

Why they chose this property

Just a short stroll to the beach. Great coffee at the local cafe's. Friendly locals. Relaxed atmosphere. Local bus service to the Train line and can be in the city in 45 minutes to explore the many places of interest or head out to Yanchep National Park and see the kangaroos and koalas or the many other local attractions.

What makes this property unique

Sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac so no noisy traffic. Lovely quiet beach for the kids to enjoy at the end of the road to surf, paddle, swim, or build sandcastles! Pet friendly cafes and lovely walks all close by. Bring your boat and enjoy a day fishing.
