Glencoe, close to Warburton

Just a few minutes’ drive from the Warburton township, Glencoe in picturesque East Warburton, offers a home away from home with a sought after ‘alpine and country feel’, ideal for your next Yarra Valley Getaway.

Stepping into this beautiful highland inspired home, you will be immediately transformed into holiday mode. Relax by the fire in the cosy living room during the cooler months or enjoy the garden sunshine through the warmer months with a good book, a nice cup of tea or a glass of wine. You may even have a visit from the local birdlife! Various fruit trees and vegetable gardens are available for guests to enjoy when in season.

Sleeping up to eight guests, Glencoe is spacious and comfortable for all types of getaways, families, friends, adventure or relaxation. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and ensuite with garden views. There are two further, generously sized bedrooms, one with two king single beds and a fold-out queen size sofa. The third bedroom has a double bed and study nook with Wi-Fi provided, perfect for keeping an eye on the ‘real world’ during your escape from reality!

A fully equipped kitchen, main bathroom, laundry room and ducted heating and cooling ensure your comfort all year round.

Located on Woods Point Road; Glencoe is set opposite the famous Yarra River and is close to the scenic walking track which takes you into Warburton township. Several local sights are within a short drive away, such as Redwood Forest, La La Falls and Mt Donna Buang. Further afield you will find local wineries, eateries and seasonal farm gates, just to name a few ‘must dos’ in the beautiful Yarra Valley.

Things to Note:

The water supply is untreated and not drinkable – it’s okay for cooking and showering. Drinking water is provided, you can also purchase more locally as needed.

In the Winter months firewood is provided to get you started, if you happen to run out, you can purchase more locally at the local hardware store or service station.
