What a wonderful apartment to stay in while in Nice! The location is superb, close to everything, especially Old Nice. We were a group of 6 adults and the place was more than ample to suit us without tripping over each other. The place was clean and tidy, and had very comfortable beds. The elevator, though hilariously small, is a welcome amenity and a rarity in Nice and saves climbing all those stairs, especially with luggage. Highly recommended!

Amazing location - big, clean and comfy!

Fabulous clean cool home

We loved being in Nice and it was such a joy comin home from a long day in the sun to a clean cool apartment. We loved it, the kids loved it and we Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in apartment next to place massena Central Nice

Clean and spacious apartments located next to the Old Town in central nice. Terrific location with easy access to the old town, beaches, place Messena. Place Messina is excellent for younger children with extended play areas, playgrounds and water fountains for cooling off in the hot weatherweather weatherweather

Beautiful Nice apartment in fabulous location!

What a beautiful apartment in a fabulous location! We were so very pleased and look forward to returning in the future. Bright and spacious with a nice view of the park, the apartment was very relaxing after a day of touring the countryside. And, the guaranteed parking spot was also very helpful!

Central, safe, clean, and spacious

Our party of five stayed for one week, utilizing the central location of the apartment as a convenient base point for touring the city and region. The apartment is clean, perfectly located, and spacious. The management is attentive and professional. In short, there is little more one can ask for a pleasant accommodation to enjoy away from the hotel experience.

AMAZING STAY

Mag was so helpful and her home was very beautiful. The best location to get around nice and next to so many nice restaurants and the market! Mag left us many recommendations and helped us with the train to get around! Beautiful lighting and great view of the streets of nice. She also left wine and juice for us!

Great appartement in a beautiful location

Mag was easy to communicate with. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. The location is ideal with easy access to everything in Nice and surrounding areas by either public transport or car. The pharmacy and restaurant below came in very handy as we went several times during our stay. We would highly recommend!

Perfect spot in Nice for family

We had an amazing stay in Nice. We came with my parents and kids (8,6,3) to see some of the Tour de France. The location is great for kids with a huge park and playground/splash area located across the street. We spent plenty of time there. Easy to walk to the beach, old town, etc. The apartment was stocked well with essentials and we all slept great. We even had a view from the window of fireworks one night! Thank you Mag!

Bright, light and beautiful

From start to finish our stay in this lovely apartment was wonderful! Mag made everything so easy, answered all our questions quickly and made the whole experience so relaxing (it was the week leading up to our son's wedding so we had plenty of stress prior to arrival but it all melted away once we got there!) The location of this beautiful light and airy apartment is terrific - looking over a narrow park right at all of Old Nice just across. A five minute walk to the waterfront, the flower market, all the special shops and cafes - so easy to walk pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. One door down from the apartment is a hotel with a lovely roof top bar / cafe looking over the entire scene to the bay. The apartment has good size rooms with very high ceilings, marble floors and fun art work all over. So appealing, clean and comfortable! We'd all go back in a heartbeat and hope to someday. Thank you for everything, Mag!!

Great place to stay!

Over all the apartment is great. Great location, everything worked as expected. Walking distance to everything, Multiple Bakeries, Multiple Markets, Trains, Trams, and a Bank are all very close. The promenade, Cours Saleya were close too! Host was very helpful in finding oversized parking for my van. Quiet comfortable building too. Beds were so comfortable and sleeping was GREAT! The apartment was a refuge for weary travelers to recharge and be fresh each day. For this reason we could get the most out of each day. As an American I did find somethings comical like the tiny Elevator, tiny refrigerator, tiny combo washer/drier but none of that mattered at all, just a reminder we're not home. The prudish may find some of the Nude Paintings in the apartment off putting. I was fine with it. Nice... I love you. Don't ever change.

Amazing apartment and strategically located

Mag is an incredible host, starting from fluent communication and preparation months prior the trip, sharing and explaining a comprehensive list of attractions and recommended restaurants, to meeting us at the apartment at our arrival to explain the minimal detail and how everything works. The apartment is extremely functional and ideal for a family or several adults. The location couldn’t be better with multiple forms of transportation available within a block away and walking distance to all Nice attractions and restaurants. Without a doubt, we will return to Mag’s place.

Très bel appartement, situation idéale

Appartement spacieux, très propre et lumineux, très bien situé en plein centre ville mais pour autant silencieux. Très bon accueil, Mag nous a réservé quelques attentions particulières que nous avons appréciées (jus de fruits, gouter pour les enfants, café, et bouteille de rosé, ...), et tout était prêt pour le bébé. Appartement conforme au descriptif, à l'exception de l'accès pour personnes à mobilité réduite (impossible) ou difficile pour les poussettes (ascenseur de petite taille -- immeuble ancien). En effet, il faut monter +/-15 marches pour accéder à l'ascenseur, et l'arrêt se fait entre 2 paliers. Il faut ensuite monter ou redescendre quelques marches pour rejoindre l'appartement. Au cours du 3e jour, nous avons eu un dégât des eaux causé par une fuite à l'étage supérieur. Nous avons du nous replier sur 2 chambres (pour 7) pour les 2 nuits restantes. Toutefois, la propriétaire a été très réactive et nous a accordé une remise (remboursement d'1 nuit sur le séjour + 1 nuit offerte sur le prochain séjour). Enfin, à noter que le prix affiché par le site Abritel au moment de la réservation était réduit de 20%, alors que la propriétaire n'était pas au courant de cette offre. Celle ci ne nous a donc pas été appliquée. Néanmoins, nous recommandons cette location et remercions à nouveau Mag pour sa gentillesse et son accueil.

Merci beaucoup Érika pour cette appréciation très bonne et néanmoins détaillée. Bien sûr c’est avec joie que je vous offrirai une nuit , voire plus si vous restez plus d’une semaine. Je verrai peut-être votre petite fille qui pourra à ce moment-là gambader dans le jardin en face. Merci encore pour votre compréhension vis à vis du dégât des eaux. Cela ne devrait plus se reproduire, le syndic ayant accepté de faire des travaux ! Mes amitiés à vos parents adorables.

L’emplacement est parfait pour les jeunes et les moins jeunes, en plein centre et proche de la mer.
