Property Overview:
This large private property with secondary native bush growth is situated at Whangaumu (Wellingtons) Bay, offering outstanding land and sea views. The location is conveniently close to local attractions including Ngunguru, Tutukaka, Matapouri, Poor Knights Marine Reserve, Whale Bay, and Sandy Bay.

Accommodation Details:
The home has been newly renovated both inside and out. It features three bedrooms and is fully furnished, providing a self-contained space that comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The property includes sun lounges for the deck and a Webber BBQ, making it ideal for outdoor relaxation and dining.

Suitability:
This accommodation is well-suited for retired couples, business travellers, and adults accompanied by teenagers. Please note there is limited vehicle turnaround space at the house, it is suitable for cars x 3 however, cannot accommodate boats or trailers at this time.

Water and Waste Systems:
The property uses rain tank water, so guests are encouraged to use water wisely. A Brita water filter jug is also provided. The wastewater system is a septic tank; only toilet paper should be flushed. To help keep the home clean, please rinse off any sand before entering, using the footbaths provided.

House Rules:
• No fires are permitted on the property.
• Cars are not allowed in the garage (Due to recent concrete repairs).
• No pets are allowed.
• Food and drinks are not permitted in the bedrooms; please use the kitchen, dining, or outside/deck areas.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• No events are allowed on the premises.
• It is recommended to close the gate when leaving to prevent travellers from entering the driveway.

Additional Information:
No house or home amenities are to be removed from the property. A checklist will be completed, after the rental period. A "Card on File" arrangement will be in place to cover any property loss or damages.
