The Space:

Welcome to Bush to Bay, where open skies, still mornings, and quiet bushland set the pace. Hidden within 1.8 hectares of native landscape, this generous four-bedroom home offers complete privacy just minutes from the coastline. Think crisp ocean air, kangaroos at dawn, and starry nights around the fire.

Inside, a chef’s kitchen invites you to slow down and savour the moment, whether you’re cooking local produce on the gas stovetop or sharing a bottle of wine at the Corian island. Two living zones provide space for both connection and retreat, while wraparound alfresco areas open wide to the landscape beyond.



At night, curl up by the wood fire with a book or step outside and listen to the trees settle. In the morning, take a short drive to Injidup Beach, walk the trails, or visit nearby cellar doors for lunch with a view.

With two king bedrooms, a queen, and a custom bunk room sleeping four, the home is made for families, friend groups, and those who like to stretch out. Whether you’re returning from a surf, wine tasting, or a quiet bush walk, Bush to Bay is your place to land softly, rest deeply, and reconnect with what matters.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the entire home, gardens, and surrounding bush block. A secure lockbox makes self check-in easy. Garage space is reserved for linen and housekeeping use.

Important Information



A small supply of firewood is provided during the winter months for your comfort. Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores if required.

Check-in: 3 PM

Check-out: 10 AM

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and will incur an additional fee.



Leavers

Please note: We are currently not hosting Leavers at this time.



Pets

This property is pet-friendly, with a fee of $95 per pet and a maximum of two pets permitted per stay. All pets must be approved and disclosed prior to arrival. Pets must not be left unattended. Guests must ensure all pet waste is cleaned up; any waste or excessive animal hair left at the property will incur an additional cleaning fee.



The home is supplied by rainwater and surrounded by native bush, so we encourage thoughtful water use. Starlink Wi-Fi provides excellent speed for streaming or remote work. Expect early morning birdsong, kangaroo sightings, and the kind of stillness you didn’t know you needed.



We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay.
