Breezeway Recoating Project:



The project is scheduled to begin on September 14, 2026, and will progress in phases throughout the building through November 1st; dates subject to change. To minimize the overall duration of this project and reduce the length of disruption to owners and guests, the contractor will be working under an accelerated schedule. Work is expected to take place daily from 7:00 a.m. until dusk throughout the project. Owners and guests should also anticipate increased noise levels during the resurfacing process, particularly during the grinding and preparation of the existing floor coating. While every effort will be made to complete the work efficiently and professionally, this portion of the project will generate unavoidable construction noise.



Parking Lot Resurfacing and Restriping:



The parking lot resurfacing and restriping project has been approved and is expected to take place during the fall months. Official project dates have not yet been finalized. Once the schedule is confirmed, separate communication will be sent with the project timeline, parking instructions, and any temporary parking restrictions or vehicle relocation requirements. This project will have minimal impact on guests and owners.



Seawind 1904 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo located in the heart of Gulf Shores with beautiful Gulf-front views from the 19th floor.



Condo Features:



• Access to the balcony is from the living room, primary bedroom, and guest king bedroom



• Tile flooring is throughout the unit and carpet is in the bunk room



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats four, and there are three barstools for additional seating.



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit



• Living area has a queen-size sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a king-size bed



• Bunk room features a set of twin bunk beds (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)



• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry



• Maximum of two cars allowed. Guests are required to purchase parking passes and armbands upon arrival at Seawind: Parking passes - $60 each (limit 2), Armbands - $2 each (limit 8). Cash or check only.
