Situated 15 minutes from the parks. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. The house was spotlessly clean and well stocked with all you could need. The pool was amazing so relaxing. Will definitely book again.

Great family holiday

Fantastic property

We stayed here for 6 nights and loved the property. The outside area was great for us and we had the pool heated which was lovely as we had a cold spell when we were there but could still use the pool

This place is great. We really enjoyed our time here. The house was close to everything we were doing and we really enjoyed the pool and fishing at the lake. Would stay here again.

Very Happy!!

House was absolutely perfect for our family! Close to Disney parks (approx 20 min depending on traffic) and close to grocery stores and restaurants. We loved the pool and game room! Overall very happy with our stay!

Christmas vacation 2024

Great house to rent for the 10 days we were in Florida. Lots of space. ,pool was very enjoyable. So close to Disney and shopping. I would definitely recommend this property.

Vacation

Great location for Disney vacation. Communication was great with the owner (this is my fist vrbo rental). They gave lot of extra information about the area. The private pool was nice after long days walking the Disney parks.

Family Disney Trip

Great setup for families with adequate space to relax after a day at the parks! Beautiful pool lanai area, to wake up to with a cup of coffee in the morning watching the news! Bedrooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen setup was filled with everything you need for extended stays!

Wonderful!

Property was as described. Owner was great with communication from the moment we decided to stay here. It was so close to the Disney parks and grocery stores. The pool was perfect for after park evenings and the kids had a blast.

Family vacation

The home was exactly as described. It had everything we needed. It was very clean, the pool was heated during our stay and was the perfect temperature on those cool nights. Location was right near all the retail and restaurants. Parks were a close drive. Overall a very nice property and we would stay there again.

Everything was GREAT. The host always responded in a timely manner, from beginning to end. My grandkids loved the heated pool. The handle broke on the door but otherwise wise I willl return and suggest to others. The only thing I would consider adding is an air fryer. Thanks for a GREAT stay.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay in this well fitted villa very much. There is everything you need (plenty of room, many seating options in and outside the house, dishes, etc.) It is very nice located with the green surrounding near to the pool-area as well as the lovely view on the nature of the lake near to the villa. We had a calm and relaxing holiday. Also it is near to a lot of attractions as Disney World, Universal Studios, etc. and not to far away from destinations like Cape Canaveral, Gulf of Mexico, Blue Spring State Park, etc.

Everything was as described. Great place to stay close to disney and convenient to seaworld, aquatica and discovery cove. Plenty of space for our family of 11. We had no issues at all. Nice spacious home in a great location

Overall, we had a great stay. Location was good as a home base for Disney and the ESPN athletic center. The community is gated, private and safe, while being close to shopping and dining options. The home is large with comfortable sleeping arrangements, multiple dining areas, and a mixture of shaded and sun outdoor areas to enjoy. The kids loved having the pool to cool off in and also throughly enjoyed the air conditioned game room. We even caught a bass at the lake the property is on. The owner was very accommodating and prompt with communications. A pleasure to interact with!
