Escape to this unique contemporary home on Paine's Creek Road, perfectly situated just minutes from the water's edge and the vast, scenic Brewster Flats. Guests will be captivated by the gorgeous, sweeping panoramas of Paine's Creek, visible from the open kitchen—now featuring stainless steel appliances—the private primary bedroom balcony, and the inviting backyard deck. The location is also great for kayaking, offering easy access to the water.

This property is a nature lover's paradise, with Wings Island and its many trails located just across the creek, ideal for birdwatching and peaceful exploration.
The home comfortably accommodates eight guests with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, ensuring ample space for families or groups. Modern comfort is guaranteed with recently installed ductless A/C units in the main floor living room, bedrooms and the primary second-floor bedroom and loft bedroom.

The flexible layout includes a first floor den with a queen sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with two twins, bedroom with one queen bed, while the second floor offers another room with two twins and a primary queen bedroom complete with an en-suite half bathroom.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
