We never even were able to get into the property. We showed up in Kyoto and they never answered us or gave us access. We waited until 4:30 PM, when check-in was supposed to be 3 PM. I was on the phone with VRBO for over an hour and a half as they were trying to get a hold of them with no response. We ended up leaving and getting in at a last-minute hotel. They finally got back to me after 4:30 PM, apologizing, but it was too late. We never stayed there and they when I was able to get a hold of the host, they refused to give me my money back. Please find anywhere else than this place in Kyoto.
