What makes this property unique

Sea & Summit is a lovely 2 level home. Level 1 has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom including bath & shower, laundry and small kitchen. Level 2 is a fully contained 1 King bedroom apartment (perfect for a couples stay) with full kitchen, ducted heating / cooling and gas fire. You will enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean and Onkaparinga River. Both levels have access to the large entertainment area including a bbq. For the cooler months there is a gas outdoor heater and a fire pit.

This property is perfect for couples, families or multiple families travelling together.
