Beautiful property in a stunning location. Very comfortable; unlike so many rentals, the furniture and beds etc. were of a high quality and it made it feel much more like a home from home. The kids loved the outdoor space, especially the trampoline.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The house was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The views are great, the house is well equipped and communication with the owner is easy. He’s friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this place!

Very nice place to see the beautiful Banff, Yoho and Glacier National Parks. It's away from the busy hustle bustle. So anticipate a bit of driving to get to the sites. We preferred it that way. House was clean and the description matched, lots of space for our group to spread out. Lots of mosquitoes in this area so be prepared. Would stay again!

Honestly, there was nothing more we could have reasonably wanted out of our weekend here! The house was even better in person than in the pictures - we didn't want to leave! There was so much to enjoy on the property that we barely left the whole weekend. Ron, the owner, was super responsive and easy to deal with.

The place was very clean. Lots of pantry supplies but we needed to buy some supplies. The grocery shop is not too far away in Golden so that was ok. We made banana bread there in the breadmaker which was a nice snack for the kids. It does get hot inside during the day so just need to remember to open the windows in the evening to let in the cooler air so the place cools down. You have to take out your own trash and recycling and the shed was a bit tricky to figure out how to open. But Ron provided detail instructions on the place which was helpful. Lots of sitting areas to just chill. A hot tub was provided but we didn't use it. Liked the nice open space on the property. Overall we had a really nice stay. Ron was super responsive. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The views were great, there was lots of stuff to keep us busy on rainy days (pool table, hot tub). The kitchen was well equipped with sauces, spices, cookware, etc. There was lots of towels for the hottub which was nice. Ron was very helpful with any questions and responded fast with clear instruction. We would love to stay again!

We had a great time at this property. I will give you some info with in this review that can be very informative. Ron was great with communication and answers questions quickly. The house was very clean, spacious and laid out beautifully. We did not use hot tub, but it looked nice. My one and only complaint is the host request for 3 min showers to conserve water. I respect that but it was very hard with long hair and shaving. We loved having a pool table to play after a long day of hiking as we relaxed in the evening. You will see lots of deer which was always nice. If you come in at dusk be sure to hustle the mosquitoes are brutal. We found the best place to eat was Reposados Mexican in Golden. If you are looking to do Lake Louise it’s about a hour drive from the house. The actual town of Banff is aver 2 hours away. Important info for some. We personally find that this side of the mountain gives us much more reach to do some amazing hikes and adventures. It really depends what you are looking for in the vacation if Ron’s place is a good fit. Our family found it amazing. We hiked Thompson Falls right up road (moderately challenging hike) don’t do this one without bear spray. We drove (1 hour) to natural bridge, Emerald Lake and Takakkaw Falls. My Uncle and Son did hiking up some major trails at Yoho while we did those other activities. Overall if you are looking for breathtaking views, great hiking and a wonderful home this is the place to rent.
