The heart of the home is an expansive, open-concept living area and kitchen characterized by soaring 14-foot vaulted ceilings and washed reclaimed-wood beams. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a suite of high-end appliances, including a Wolf gas stove, a Bosch dishwasher, and a Monogram refrigerator. A dedicated wet bar with a wine fridge ensures you're always ready for happy hour. Large windows and French doors line the rear of the house, drawing your eye toward the massive screened porch where you can dine or lounge while overlooking the professionally landscaped gardens and the sparkling private saltwater pool.

The primary suite, located on the main level, offers a spa-like sanctuary featuring a King bed and an ensuite bathroom that rivals a European retreat. Soak in the stunning copper-and-nickel tub or enjoy the Grohe rain shower, all complemented by elegant Bronzino countertops and slate flooring. Also on the first floor is a charming guest room with a Queen bed and easy access to a full hallway bath. Upstairs, a secondary living loft with a deep sectional sofa provides the perfect "breakout" space for movie nights or board games, surrounded by three additional well-appointed bedrooms, including an oversized suite with two King beds and a private porch overlooking the grounds.

Outside, the property transforms into a lush, multi-leveled oasis. Wind your way through garden paths to find a peaceful outdoor fountain for your morning coffee, or spend the afternoon poolside in total privacy. For added convenience, the ground level features a game room with an integrated bar and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach. With ample parking for four cars between the garage and driveway, Sea Haven provides everything you need for a sophisticated and effortless beach vacation.

Bedroom 2 (First Floor) - Queen guest room with full bathroom accessed from the hallway.

Bedroom 4 (Second Floor) - Queen guest room with shared full bathroom, accessed from the hallway.

Pool:
Pool heating is available for an additional $75/day. Please request at least 48 hours before your stay.
Pool heating is available from October through April and can only be requested prior to your stay. If you would like to add this option, do so when making your reservation or contact us during office hours.
We cannot guarantee a specific temperature for any day of your stay. No refunds will be given if weather conditions prevent you from using your pool. The pool heater thermostat will be set to 84°F.

Check-In/Out:
Contactless check-in via Smart Lock. A unique door code will be provided before your arrival.
Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM.

House Rules:
NO PARTIES allowed.
Folly Beach has a noise ordinance that applies to private residences starting at 10 PM. Please be mindful of your neighbors.
This is a non-smoking property.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.

Parking:
There is room for 2 vehicles inside the ground-level garage and an additional 2 vehicles in the driveway.

Payment:
50% payment is required for booking. The remaining 50% will be charged 30 days before your check-in date.
Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be made with a full refund, less a 5% penalty, if requested at least 30 days before your arrival date. For all other cases, cancellations made after the reservation payment will result in the forfeiture of all applied monies unless the property is re-rented and confirmed at the same rate for the canceled dates.

Noise Policy:
This property is in a quiet neighborhood where many neighbors are full-time residents. MyOceanRental strives to ensure peace for all of our guests, neighbors, and the community of Folly Beach. To do so, we follow guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. We now use noise sensors in our properties to comply with Folly Beach's new strict noise ordinance. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels, is 100% privacy compliant, and does NOT listen or record. Suppose the noise level exceeds the legal limit for Folly Beach. In that case, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down to avoid any violations that could result in a $ 1,500-per-day fine from the Folly Beach Police Department and significant penalties for the homeowner.

The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am. Each property is listed with its maximum occupancy (the number of people the house sleeps). House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and a penalty of up to $ 1,500. Your contract states that the use of the premises shall not disturb or offend surrounding residents. Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. If you have any questions, please ask.
