Salish Sea Lookout - Ocean View Home centeraly located to beaches, marina & golf

Beautiful home with spectacular ocean views from open living room/kitchen/dining and bedrooms. Beautiful outdoor spaces where you are able to relax and enjoy the views of the beautiful ocean with a glass of wine in hand. Full chef style kitchen with gas stove and all new appliances - dishwasher and full size fridge. New washer and dryer just off the main kitchen area. Full size butler pantry. Hugh soaker tub in ensuite. 2nd downstairs bathroom offers a jack and jill access to the sink area with a separate door into the shower/toilet room. The out door living offers a fire pit, BBQ area and a covered dining that seats 8 guests. Day trips to many tourist areas -Tofino 2 hrs, Qualicum 30 mins, Coombs market 20 mins and Parksville Beaches 15 mins. Marina and Golf course are 5 mins drive. The beautiful rocky beach is just a short 5 minute walk.

This property is stunning. A gorgeous view and a beautifully appointed home. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this property is the best equipped of any one we’ve stayed in. It’s especially great for children with many toys and games.
