About this property

Stone house river view with swimming pool

We have just finished renovating my grandparents’ house, which is ideally located along the river in a quiet setting, just a stone’s throw from the charming town centre of Pont-l’Abbé and a 15-minute bike ride from the beaches.
4 bedrooms (including one on the ground floor), 2 bathrooms, living room, office (equipped with a printer), brand-new kitchen, and large game room.
Very peaceful 500 m² backyard with a terrace and heated pool (4x8 m).
Lovely view.

Pont L'Abbe

Lovely house, just as described, and all linens provided was a bonus. We were lucky with the weather and spent most of our time in the outside area. The pool was great and used every day. Lovely location within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. Everyone in the group loved the house and location

We loved the pool and the location in town but nothing else. The cleaning service is mediocre and it felt like grandma’s old house. All the excess clutter and the dust made it hard to relax and it didn’t feel like a vacation home. Slow wifi, uncomfortable beds, and if there’s a music festival you’ll hear it all day and late into the night. This house does not handle a heat wave well, was not equipped with fans. Don’t book unless you just want a pool with great walkable location.

Roomy confortable , perfect for a family of 7

The house is very well located in town; walking distance to restaurants and stores. Walking and cycling paths nearby. Centrally located to visit Finistère Sud. The house is very nice, roomy and the outside terrasse and pool are amazing. Very well appointed. Lots of chairs, cozy couches outside. Pool toys available. The owner was very nice and easily accessible. We were provided with beach towels and bath towels, very much appreciated when arriving from overseas. We loved our vacation in the Finistère Sud, which was made easier by staying in this beautiful house.
