Positive-the area is nice with some cute coffee shops etc close by. It is on the lake as described which is very pretty. Quick response from host when we called with a question. Beds and linens were very comfortable Negative- we received texts stating that we needed a gate code, called the host who stated that was outdated. Maybe update that? The house has a very strange layout with steep stairs going down to kitchen, bedrooms, living room and bathroom are upstairs. The stairs are dimly lit with a low ceiling. My husband is 6’ 1” and hit his head a few times. Furniture is white which shows all the stains from previous guests. As does the bathroom floor mat. For the price we paid each night, it would have been nice to have some simple amenities such as soap, hair dryer and maybe one nights worth of coffee as we arrived late in the evening. There were no trash bin liners, but check out requires you to take the trash out…luckily we had some grocery bags to use. Some simple updating needs to happen such as replace missing pull chains on ceiling fans for lights, fix back of toilet as it is loose. Secure wire cords running from window aircon units etc. has the potential to be warm and welcoming.
