About this property

Cozy cedar log cabin in the highlands

Small 300 foot cabin at the end of a commercial driveway where a small Mom and pop shop is located, has two loft bedrooms, space, living room, and outside screened in sun kitchen. Retractable staircases to get to the sleeping areas, small dining area and a half bathroom with compostable toilet. Minutes away from dozens of lakes in the Algonquin Highlands area, lots of trails nearby. If you prefer to stay on our 18 + acre property please know that we are developing to add more cabins and amenities but we do offer an area to walk were you can sit near the pond and enjoy a small fire pit.

Amazing hospitality and friendly service! Went above and beyond for being accommodating. They have an on-site store in which has an assortment of freeze dried goods, meats, bath and body, candles, gems, honey, and fishing gear. They have friendly doggos which is a good selling point. It's a cute little cabin that's off-grid, but with Wi-Fi. The only feedback we have is to have the fridge on before your guests arrive, but otherwise it was a wonderful experience and we shall be back someday! Thank you again!
