With split-system air conditioning, portable heating and on-site parking, everything is set for a smooth, stress-free stay. Set against a leafy front backdrop, the home opens into a comfortable, well-equipped interior designed for laid-back days by Port Phillip Bay. The living area feels relaxed and welcoming, with soft seating, a TV, and plenty of natural light. A wood fireplace anchors the space for cosy evenings, while the split-system air conditioning keeps things cool during warmer months.
The kitchen offers everything needed for everyday meals, including an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and Nespresso machine. Savour meals indoors at the glass-topped dining table or step outside to the patio where the BBQ and outdoor setting make alfresco dining simple. The backyard stretches out behind the home, providing a generous, sun-filled space to enjoy the fresh coastal air.
As night falls, recharge in one of three comfortable bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with two singles. Each room is fitted with portable heating and practical storage. The bathroom is clean and functional, featuring a walk-in shower and toilet. The laundry area, complete with a washer and outdoor access, adds everyday convenience, especially after beach visits.
On-site parking is available for two vehicles in the carport and driveway. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire cottage to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
Tucked into a peaceful corner of Rye, the cottage offers easy access to everything the area is loved for. A relaxed 15-minute walk leads to the calm waters of Tyrone Foreshore—ideal for morning swims, gentle beach walks or quiet afternoons by the bay.
A five-minute drive brings you to the vibrant dining strip along Point Nepean Road, home to Del Posto 2409, Ruby Modern Thai, Mr Bentley, and beachside cafés like Soul Press and Indulge by the Bay. After your meal, wander out to Rye Pier or the golden sands of Rye Beach for a memorable sunset.
Nature lovers are close to Bridgewater Bay’s rock pools and rugged cliffs, just five minutes away, while The Dunes Golf Links is a quick 10-minute drive. The sweeping coastline and historic trails of Point Nepean National Park sit only 18 minutes from the cottage.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
