You can enjoy Vermont's natural beauty from the property with its spectacular views, and plenty of room to spread out. Hike, bike, or cross country ski on the surrounding trails. 30/45 minutes to two family friendly ski mountains, and 10-20 to shopping/restaurants for any non-skiers in the group.

Stay near Burlington

The house is large so good for groups and with built in baby gates, it is set up nicely for children. It is located about 20 minutes outside Burlington so great location. Allison was very available to answer questions and provided recommendations. The stay would have been very nice except there is no AC. I should note the listing doesn’t mention AC but the fans provided were not adequate. We opened windows to improve airflow and didn’t realize one of the screens was broken so a ton of bugs came in. Ultimately this really dampened the stay as we didn’t want to hang out at the house since it was so hot. I think in the winter time this house would be wonderful. I think providing a window unit or better fans would make the stay a million times better in the summer.

Family Get Away

With CoVid still a concern but the need to get away for our family a must this house tucked away in the beautiful hills of VT was perfect. While there are things to do we enjoyed just being outside walking the grounds, using the fire pit and soaking up the views. My kids loved it!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Alli's home. The house is set on a picturesque piece of property. There are plenty of bedrooms and other rooms for spreading out as needed. Great home for anyone with small children. Easy drive to grocery stores and Burlington as well. Bolton Valley Ski resort is a quick 30 minute drive. Check-in process was easy and the owner was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Great family vacation property

Located only a few minutes outside of Williston, VT, this family friendly property had just the right amenities- open family room/kitchen space, exercise room, and office and on a huge lot with its own walking paths. It's also near a lake and hiking trails. We had a wonderful week.

Quiet , convenient, comfortable

To start this is not your typical VRBO rental , this is more like staying at a distant relatives house while their away . So if your ok with personal family photos etc.,abounding on most every wall . Your good to go, because the house is perfectly located , easy drive to Burlington or even closer to shops in Williston, yet when back at the house , you feel like your an hour plus away, views are great , house is spacious , it’s quiet here , neighbors home(1) can be seen, but fairly distant . Huge yard , well stocked house for living with good quality utensils/ appliances etc at your disposal for cooking etc.. A very cool fireplace , very high speed internet , with smart TV , with access to many movie sites . Honestly it was a tad overkill in spaciousness for just my wife and I and dog, to utilize fully, 2 families with kids would feel right at home here . With room to spare . The clean part of good vs excellent was mostly due to it being a home vs a primped VRBO rental, but cleaner than our homes ( most of the time) . All in all though, it was excellent . Owner is super responsive and pleasant .
